Our developers are led by a team of industry experts with a combined 75 years of residential and airspace experience. From land specialists, technical experts, lettings agents and an in-house construction team, Gracewood Group has the expertise, experience and capability to deliver challenging projects with efficiency and minimal disruption.
TEAM
We are an entrepreneurial multidisciplinary team with the skills to take developments through acquisition, planning, construction, letting and management. Our Gracewood team of airspace developers cumulatively has decades of industry experience, with a speciality for delivering Public-Private Partnership (PPP) unique and complex projects.

We have a strong community ethos, as well as a commercial one. Based in East London we endeavour to employ local people and through our charity partner, The Treasures Foundation, we provide accommodation for vulnerable women.

We regularly donate and work with Treasures Foundation to provide financial support and services to help women in need. In the last 10 years, Gracewood Group has provided accommodation to hundreds of vulnerable women, who have a history of drug abuse and offending to provide them with much needed support. The company believes everyone deserves a chance to have their own home.
