Working together with Housing Associations, Gracewood Group is thinking bigger. We aim to deliver affordable-led schemes on a majority of the projects we work on.

Partners are in safe hands and their tenants and residents can be reassured they will be consulted and listened to, with many able to reside in their homes while building and improvement works will be undertaken with minimal disruption.
